Where do you ship to?
We deliver Australia and New Zealand wide. 

Who are our couriers?
Our orders are carefully delivered with Australia Post and New Zealand.

When will my order arrive?
We kindly ask to allow 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) for your order to be processed within our warehouse, and an additional 2-10 business days for your order to be delivered. Please refer to your tracking link for the most up-to-date updates.

Does my order qualify for free shipping?
We offer free shipping with all orders over $75.00.

Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, as long as your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact our Customer Service team who will be able to assist you. 

My order seems lost. What should I do?
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact our Customer Service team who will be able to assist you.

What is the TidyFlex Suction Clothes Hanger made from?
The TidyFlex Suction Clothes Hanger is constructed primarily from aluminum alloy, which makes it lightweight, strong, and resistant to rust and corrosion — ideal for drying clothes indoors or on smooth outdoor surfaces. It also features suction-cup components that allow for no-drill installation on smooth surfaces like tiles, glass or metal.

What surfaces can the TidyFlex Suction Clothes Hanger be attached to?
The TidyFlex Suction Clothes Hanger securely attaches to clean, smooth, non-porous surfaces using strong suction cups. It is suitable for use on:
 - Glass
- Smooth ceramic tiles
- Polished metal
- Smooth plastic or melamine panels
- Metal or glass surfaces on vans, caravans, RVs and campers — both inside and outside, making it ideal for camping, road trips and outdoor drying

For best performance, ensure the surface is flat, clean and completely dry before installation.

TidyFlex is not suitable for rough, porous, textured or uneven surfaces such as painted walls, brick, concrete, plasterboard or timber.

Returns & Exchanges:

Do you have a returns policy?
Yes, we do! We offer a 90-day return policy, meaning you have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, for either a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at tidyflexcontact@gmail.com.

Do I have to pay for the return shipping?
Yes. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked or insured service. Please note that TidyFlex cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Once we receive your returned item in acceptable condition, your refund will be processed according to our returns policy.

How long does it take for my return/exchange to be processed?
Once your returned TidyFlex item is received and inspected, refunds or exchanges are typically processed within 5–7 business days. The exact time for your refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We’ll notify you by email once your refund or exchange has been completed.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?
We’re sorry your TidyFlex item arrived damaged. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once we review your case, we’ll provide instructions for a replacement or refund.
