Returns Policy
We offer a 90-day return policy, meaning you have 90 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received - unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Please note we are not responsible for the shipping costs of your returned item. All returns must be covered at the customers expense.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it for you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalised items, and personal care products (such as beauty items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
