Shipping policy

Delivery Timeframes
We kindly ask to allow 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) for your order to be processed within our warehouse, and an additional 2-10 business days for your order to be delivered.

Shipping Threshold
We offer free shipping with all orders over $75.00.

Order Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after placing it. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed and dispatched.

Order Delays
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 2 business days and check your tracking details. Delays can occasionally occur due to high courier volumes, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors outside our control. If your order is still delayed after this time, please contact our team with your order number and we’ll be happy to assist.
